Refund or exchange
Products purchased on our website are firm sales. For reasons of hygiene, safety, and to reduce our environmental footprint by limiting additional packaging and transportation, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please also note that we do not offer compensation for errors or dissatisfaction.
We currently do not have a physical store, so all purchases must be managed through our online customer care team.
If your product was purchased online or through one of our retail partners, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
General Shipping Information
ATTITUDE will use its best efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible, but any delivery date is approximate only. All items are delivered by third-party couriers, and delivery is governed by their shipping contracts, which are beyond our control. ATTITUDE shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay in delivering the goods to you.
Shipping Method
All orders placed via our site will be shipped by our local courier partners from our UAE-based distribution centre.
Delivery Locations
Items offered on our site can only be shipped to addresses within the UAE.
Please make sure that the recipient’s address is correct. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered or that are not received due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Delivery Time
Deliveries are available Monday to Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays.
Dubai: Next-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM.
Abu Dhabi: 1–3 business days.
Other Emirates: 1–5 business days
Please note that during high-traffic events (e.g. major sales or public campaigns), your delivery might take longer than usual. Our team works hard to prepare your package as quickly as possible, but our shipping partners may also experience delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy times.

- For orders below AED 149, a flat AED 14 shipping fee applies

Packaging
The box your products have been packaged in is made from recycled and recyclable materials, and is carefully filled with biodegradable and compostable materials.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged, missing, or if you received the wrong items. This way we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

- Photos of the damaged box and damaged products are mandatory to process your request.
- A claim will be filed with our courier partner by one of our customer care representatives.
- Once we receive all required details (photos, description, etc.), where applicable, we will offer compensation for any damaged items issued on the original mode of payment used.
- Please note that after 14 days (from the date of shipment), we will unfortunately no longer be able to process your request.
If you have allergies, please double-check the product ingredients before placing your order. In case of an allergic reaction, we will request the batch number from the product packaging in order to process your claim and investigate.
